Does adding item to shopping bag mean I have bought it?
Adding items to the shopping bag does not mean that you have bought it. You will have to check out in order to ensure that you order has been booked. If the stock of that particular item is low, others may have picked up there are chances that the item you have added to your shopping bag might not be available for you to buy by that the time you proceed to check out. Others may have picked up the same item and thus the article goes out of stock and may not be available for you to buy anymore.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify the order within 24 hours of making a purchase (if order has not been shipped yet) by calling our customer care number 0120-6605100 or writing to us at care@freecultr.com giving the reference number as provided to you with our order receipt.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after making a purchase and before we process it for shipment. The refund will be credited back to your account if you have made a payment through your credit/debit card or net banking. If we have already shipped your product and you no longer want it, then you can return the product (refer our return policy).
How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
Once you have placed a successful order with freecultr.com, you will receive:-

What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets deducted but the order does not get placed successfully?
In such a case you will receive a call from our customer care executive to confirm your order details. You may also choose to get the amount refunded to you. In this case, the refund will be processed within 7days. Depending on your bank policies, it might take 14-21 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

How can I get a referral code?
freecultr.com, at its own discretion, offers referral codes with gift coupons from time to time on various occasions like festivals. You may also receive a referral code on being referred by a friend and if a friend referred by you shops with freecultr.com. If you are eligible, you will receive the referral code on your email. Referral code may be of different values and each code will be valid for only specified period of time. Freecultr.com reserves the right to distribute and/or de-activate these code
How can I avail a referral code?
You can avail discount through these codes by providing the ‘referral code’ at the time of ‘Checkout’. The code gets activated and is applied to your final billing amount before you proceed to make the final payment. You can use only one referral code on each order. Please note that the referral codes cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon codes.

How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
In case of prepaid orders we normally ship within 24 - 48 hours and it will take 2-5 working days to deliver an order to the shipping address provided by you. For COD orders the order will be shipped within 24 hours after the verification of the order.
Do you charge on shipping?
No, freecultr.com provides free shipping on all its orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000, we charge a flat shipping rate of INR 60. freecultr.com reserves the right to change this policy at its discretion.
FREECULTR gives free returns on all orders.
Which mode of delivery do you use to send an order?
We normally send the order to you through our preferred logistics partners.
How would you know when to deliver my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to freecultr.com warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. These details along with the current status of your order, will also be available under your account on freecultr.com.

I have received a damaged parcel. Now what?
If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at care@freecultr.com or on 0120-6605100. We make sure that all parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit.
freecultr.com will not be responsible for lost articles from the parcel if you accept a damaged parcel.
I have not received my order. What do I do?
If you have not received your order during the slated time period, please inform us by calling our customer care number 0120-6605100 or writing to you as at care@freecultr.com, so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status. We are really sorry about not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.
I have not received part of my order. What should I do?
In case you do not receive a part of your order, don’t worry, we are here to help you all 7 days of the week. Inform us by calling our customer care number 0120-6605100 or by writing to us at care@freecultr.com with your complete order details.

If you have received a product/order you did not order, please accept the article/order and inform us about the article at care@freecultr.com. We will arrange to get the article collected from you. Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, trims, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.

What is the return policy of freecultr.com?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from freecultr.com, you can return the product to us. We offer a ‘No questions asked’ return policy valid only for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return an order, write to our customer care at care@freecultr.com or call us at 0120-6605100.
The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Make sure you retain the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issued by our logistics partner who comes to collect the packet.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for orders below INR 300.
At the time of placing the return order:-
- 1.You can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully (preferably in a tamperproof packing) and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Please write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number (FREE CULTURE APPARELS PVT.LTD. Plot No 241, Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurgaon 122001. Customer Care No :0120-6605100). Be sure to retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider).Shipping cost will be reimbursed in the form of voucher (max upto INR 150)
- 2. You can request freecultr.com to arrange for a pickup. In this case the shipment charges will be completely borne by us. The refund will be processed within 7 days. Typically, it takes about 2 weeks after processing, to get the refund credited in your account (depends on the bank). The refunds of ‘Cash on Delivery’ will be made through cheque in the name of the customer. The cheque will be sent to the registered address of the customer. If you do not hold a bank account, please provide your parents/guardian/friend’s bank account details along with an authorization letter so we can draw a cheque in their favour, as instructed by you.
What is the exchange policy of freecultr.com?
Sorry, we do not accept exchange orders yet, if you want change a product you bought then please book a return order by calling our customer care number 0120-6605100 or by writing to us at care@freecultr.com . Please refer our return policy for details.
What is the refund policy of freecultr.com?
The amount that you paid for the returned product will be refunded completely. In case any discount or coupon code was applied on the original order, the amount received after deduction of the discount, will be refunded. The discount amount will be proportionately distributed among the number of products in the original order. Any referral points, if used, will be returned back to your account on freecultr.com subject to the validity of points.
Please note that shipping charges, if applicable on the original order, will not be refunded.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes you can return a part of your order anytime after receiving it. See Return policy to return part of your order.
We suggest, you receive the order and then book a return for the product you do not wish to keep.
