Does adding item to shopping bag mean I have bought it?

Adding items to the shopping bag does not mean that you have bought it. You will have to check out in order to ensure that you order has been booked. If the stock of that particular item is low, others may have picked up there are chances that the item you have added to your shopping bag might not be available for you to buy by that the time you proceed to check out. Others may have picked up the same item and thus the article goes out of stock and may not be available for you to buy anymore.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after making a purchase and before we process it for shipment. The refund will be credited back to your FREECULTR account if you have made a payment through your credit/debit card or net banking. If we have already shipped your product and you no longer want it, then you can return the product (refer our return policy).

How long does it take for an order to get delivered?

In case of prepaid orders we normally ship within 24 - 48 hours and it will take 2-5 working days to deliver an order to the shipping address provided by you. For COD orders the order will be shipped within 24 hours after the verification of the order.

I have received a damaged parcel. Now what?

What is the return policy of

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you can return the product to us. We offer a ‘No questions asked’ return policy valid only for 30 days from the date of purchase.

The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Make sure you retain the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issued by our logistics partner who comes to collect the packet.

Please do not remove the hygiene strip while trying on the products. Any swimwear product that fails to meet this criteria will not be eligible for returns.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for orders below INR 300.

At the time of placing the return order:-

  • 1.You can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully (preferably in a tamperproof packing) and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. What is the exchange policy of

We would love to exchange your product for a new colour and/or size within the same category, & same price you've purchased from. For instance if you've purchased a Medium size Polo Shirt in Red then we can exchange it to a Large Size Polo shirt in Blue or any other size or color you wish.

What is the refund policy of

The amount that you paid for the returned product will be refunded completely as store credits. How do I redeem my Retail Gift Card?
